We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for December dates which fill up quickly. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings, just call us to check availability!
Do you provide gifts for the children?
We can distribute gifts you provide, or we can source and provide gifts for an additional fee. We'll discuss this when preparing your quote.
What if the weather is bad?
We have experience in all weather conditions! For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup indoor location if possible. We'll work with you to ensure the event goes ahead safely.
Can Santa visit our care home?
Absolutely! We love bringing Christmas cheer to care homes and have extensive experience creating wonderful experiences for elderly residents.
Do you travel to Scotland/Wales/Northern Ireland?
Yes! We provide nationwide coverage across all of the UK. Travel costs may apply for longer distances, we'll include this in your quote.
Are you available on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?
Yes, we can accommodate Christmas Eve and Christmas Day bookings, though premium rates apply for these dates due to high demand.
